Taking on a project from day dot to bottle pop is no small feat, but that's where the team at Industrious excel!

Industrious recently undertook an integrated fitout project for Level Two of 85 The Terrace. This involved the major refurbishment of 3 densely partitioned premises into a modern open plan coworking office, and a fit for purpose fitout for a prominent Wellington Osteopath.

The project commenced in two stages – completing the fit for purpose fitout for the Osteopath tenant in Stage One so they could move across and out of their old space, which allowed for the progression of Stage Two and the refurbishment of the original Osteopath premises into an open plan coworking space.

The unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 occurred in the middle of Stage Two, which brought on many challenges such as the complete halt of works in Level 4, and then managing our contractors and supplies in Level 3.

Humble beginnings!


Though this put major stress on our timeline, Industrious were extremely impressed and encouraged by the speed in which our contractors were able to finish works during the uncertainty of COVID. Health & Safety and clear communications remained a priority for both the Industrious project team, and our team of tradespeople from beginning to end.

The project has resulted in two modern and stylish premises for our tenants, and both tenants and building owner couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
