AJ comes to us from a strong 5 year background in Residential Property Management, with an additional 12 years in Retail Management. Making the move to Commercial Property is an exciting logical step after a long interest with the industry and 20 years in the residential property sector.
He brings his creative vision and goal driven attitude, along with excellent client rapport to the Industrious team in addition to Project Management experience in residential renovations.
In his spare time, AJ is passionate about sports - basketball, rugby, cricket, and football! A busy dad and family man, he also enjoys travelling (hopefully again one day soon...), spending time with loved ones, and talking the talk about all things property (other members of his family are also in Property!).
We're so pleased to have AJ and his extensive skill set on board with us for the new year. He will be an integral part of the team and you'll be sure to see him in and around our portfolio all over Wellington!
